The Course

Start/Finish Area:
The Start/Finish Area is located at the main parking lot at Farmdale Reservoir.
(GPS Coordinates: N 40 Degrees, 40.563 Minutes and W 089 Degrees, 30.086 Minutes)

Overview:
The course consists of a 8.25ish-mile loop. There are a variety of running surfaces including; dirt pack, cinder road, gravel, and grass. Are there hills? Yes, a few. Are they difficult? No, they really aren’t. The course is very runner friendly. Are there creek crossings? Yep. Depending on rainfall, most will be either dry or easily crossed. It is possible to do the entire course and keep your feet dry. Is it very scenic? Oh yes. Don’t take our word for it, take a look at some of the pictures on this site. You will not be disappointed, especially during the fall.

Aid Stations:
There will be an aid station at the start/finish line and one on the course at Devil's Cliff. Both aid stations will be manned and fully stocked with a variety of food and drink options including Succeed Ultra, soda, and water.

Camping:
Camping is allowed the night before the race in the start/finish area. Camp sites are very primitive, but the camping area is beautiful!
